Shipping & Returns

US Shipping Charges

In order to determine the Shipping Charges for the product in your Shopping Cart, an address is required. During the check-out process and after entering your Billing and Shipping Address information, there will be a box that pops-up requesting verification of the Shipping Address. Click to verify the correct address presented. If the address is invalid, click "Back" to return to the Shipping Address screen to edit the information. The next screen displayed will be the items in your cart and shipping options; choose the option that best fits your budget.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). There will be exceptions surrounding US Holidays where there will be delays in shipping. The cut-off time for Next Day or Second Day air shipments is 12:00 Noon EST. If an order is placed after 12:00 Noon EST, the order will ship the next business day. The US Postal Service will always be the most inexpensive option to ship a package. For orders over 13 ounces, it will be less expensive to ship orders from our warehouse to the US East Coast than it is to the West Coast. This variable makes it impossible to estimate shipping costs based on a dollar amount.

International Shipping and Handling Charges

We ship at our cost through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all international orders. The shipping cost is determined by the package weight and final destination address. Shipping options are available during the check-out process. Addresses cannot be verified; be sure the correct address is provided during the check-out process. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or re-routed packages. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim will be refunded less the initial shipping charges. 

TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOM FEES: All international customers are responsible for any and all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted with 30 days of the purchase date. Send return or exchange merchandise through the United States Postal Service in a box to:

Product must be returned in re-sellable condition otherwise a 25% restocking fee may apply. Unused product will be refunded in full less shipping and handling fees; opened snap packages will be refunded based on product used. There are no returns on Special Orders, Dies, Books, Patterns and merchandised after 30 days of purchase date. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with duplicate items unless otherwise noted. Return shipping on exchanged items will be free-of-charge.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, unvalidated, insufficient address or failure to claim will be refunded less the initial shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or re-routed packages that do not arrive to the correct destination due to original incorrect, unvalidated or insufficient address provided.

PayPal Refunds

As of October 11, 2019 PayPal no longers refunds fees associated with transactions. Any returns on PayPal accounts may be subject to a 3% fee.
