How to Place an Order

Ordering is a snap!

Welcome to our newly designed website! Here's some noteworthy information for ordering product from us.

Existing Accounts

All previous customer login information from our old site has migrated over to the new site. All you have to do is login to your account and verify that the correct information has been carried over. We now have order history and reorder capabilities. Going forward, when an order is placed, it is saved in your account for easy access.

If you order products in bulk quantities, you can change your account from Consumer to Manufacturer (bulk pricing) under the "Account Type" button in your account edit option.

New Accounts

While you can always order product on our site without an account, we highly recommend establishing an account to make the check-out process easy each time you visit our site to order product. Determine the portal for ordering product from us below. Click on the portal name to set up an account and start shopping!

Purchasing Portals

We have three portals for purchasing product on our new site:

  1. Consumer: If you are interested in our snap fasteners and SnapSetter® tool system, use our main site to view and purchase products in the smallest of quantities.
  2. Manufacter: If you are interested in purchasing our snap fasteners in wholesale bulk quantities and to learn more about our industrial attaching equipment, use this portal. Minimum snap quantities start at 100 sets and go up to 5,000+ sets per color.
  3. Reseller: If you are interested in reselling our packaged snap fasteners and SnapSetter® tool system, use this portal to place an order. Accounts are authorized by completing a submission form.

Placing an Order

There are multiple ways in which an order can be placed. Find the product to order by browsing or searching our product through the top navigation bar. For snap fasteners, click on the word SNAPS in the top navigation.

There will be three or more pull-down options. Click on any folder to start shopping for snaps. Or...

NEW! Quick Order

The fastest way to order is through our new QUICK ORDER system accessed on the top navigational bar. If you know the item number from our catalog or a previous order, this easy-to-use system will make ordering a breeze. Enter item number, select from one of the options and click "Add to Cart" or continue until all items to order are populated and then click "Add to Cart" for all items to be added to your shopping cart. Once items have been selected and are in your shopping cart, you can continue adding or editing your order until it is perfect. Click "Check Out" in your cart and follow the prompts to complete your shopping experience.

Your Security

Your personal and payment information security is important to us. We want you to feel secure in your shopping experience. The Snap Source® website is on a secure server that encrypts your information, keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet. Sales Tax

At this time, only Michigan residents are subject to a 6 percent sales tax. 

Order Printing

After placing an order and before leaving our site, please print the RECEIPT page for your order reference. This information is required should the need arise to contact us about an order.

Order Confirmations

When an order has been placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email account provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, first check Spam or Junk mail boxes. Otherwise, log into your account at www.snapsource.com to print a copy of your order. A copy of the order will be placed inside the package before shipping.

Package Tracking

Package tracking will only be available through the original email shipping notification from our software. If you do not receive a package tracking email from us, please check Spam or Junk mail boxes.

NEW! Order History/Reordering

Once an order has been placed with us, a copy of the order will be kept in your account for easy reference and re-order capabilities.

All Payments Must Be Made In US Funds 

The Snap Source, Inc. accepts all major forms of payments (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) including PayPal. All credit/debit card information sent online is processed through a secure server.

To place an order with The Snap Source® Customer Service, call us toll-free at 1-800-725-4600, Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. If all representatives are busy assisting other customers during business hours, our Call Center will take a message and a representative will return your call as soon as possible. When calling after-hours, our Call Center will take a message for a next business day call return.

For questions regarding your order, please email us using our Contact Us Form or call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-725-4600 Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. If all representatives are busy assisting other customers, please leave a message with our Call Center for a return call. Please note that our average phone call is 20 minutes or more per call. Please be patient; there are times when it could be several hours to 24 hours before calls can be returned.
