How to Place an Order

Ordering is a snap! Find the product you want to order by browsing or searching the site, or enter an item number into the search box and click the Go button. Select the desired options for the product (quantity, number of sets, color) and click the "Add item(s) to cart" button. This places the item in your Cart, which is displayed each time you add a product to your cart. Click the "View Cart" button at any time to review or change your Cart contents.

As you shop, the Shopping Cart calculator displays your order total at the top of the page. When you are done shopping, click "Check Out" on the View Cart page and follow the instructions to complete your online order on our secure server, which encrypts your information, keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet. Shipping charges and 6 percent sales tax for Michigan residents will be added to your total automatically. During checkout, you may create an account so that it's easier to order next time, or you can check out without an account.

When your order has been placed, you'll receive an instant email confirmation of your order. Please keep your order number handy as it will be helpful in the event you need to track any portion of your order.

All Payments Must Be Made In U.S. Funds

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express for credit card payments. Checks must be in U.S. Funds or Money Orders. All credit card information sent online is processed through our secure server. Orders can be placed directly online or sent via fax or mail.

Submitting Orders by Fax, Mail, or Phone

The Snap Source store will also allow you to print and fax or mail your order. If you would rather send us your order by fax or mail, simply click the "Fax Order Form" button during checkout. US Shipping & Handling Charges

We ship via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Special express postage is available upon request and subject to additional fees. Due to the nature of our hand-packing process, please allow us 2-3 days to ship your order. You will be notified of any shipping delays within one week. We pay shipping costs on back orders. Shipping and handling is based on the dollar amount ordered and will be automatically added to your cart during checkout.
